You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts found to be used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.

Domain registrations are subject to the applicable registry policies. Registration fees are non-refundable once the registry has processed the order, except where required by law or the 5-day grace period.

You are responsible for keeping your WHOIS contact data accurate and for renewing domains on time unless auto-renew is enabled.

Plans include the resources listed on the product page. Resource abuse that degrades other customers' service may result in throttling or suspension after notice.

Prohibited use includes sending unsolicited bulk email, hosting malware, or any activity unlawful in the United States.

Services renew automatically at the renewal price shown on the product page unless auto-renew is disabled before the renewal date.

Hosting and VPS plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Add-ons, domains and custom software engagements are excluded.

Software engagements are governed by the individual statement of work agreed before development begins.
